In the most polluted city in the world, where violence has become commonness, and people are increasingly remote from each other, in 1989, a techno-industrial project called Ninera Degenerada. He influenced many artists, playing electronic music (mostly Skinny Puppy), together with his friends founded the Erk Eykrag (Erk Aicrag) and Rasko Agroyam (Rasco Agroyam), to express their feelings with the help of modern technology. They used cheap synthesizers, mixers and improvised cluster tools and distortion.
In 1992, to form the concept of what today is called HOCICO. At the time, the draft called Hocico de Perro - just Rasko began using electronics to realize the images, cramming his imagination. In 1993, the duo is starting to move to more professional equipment, then finally defines the role of musicians in the group: Rasko - digital music electronics, Erk - poetry and expressive vocals.
At the end of the 1993rd year group recording their first song, but the 18 Feb, 1994-year gives his first concert in the house Ercan, who brought their music much interest among friends and people associated with the music industry. In 1995, Hocico also tour across the country.
